Client Agreement

1. What Your Package Includes

The €350 ThetaSync package includes a 60-minute conversation in Kit's private online clinic room to discuss your experience and desired outcome. No hypnosis takes place during this call. Kit creates your personalised hypnosis and sound recording afterwards.

Your recording is approximately 25 minutes long and is normally delivered about 48 hours after the consultation, by email with a WeTransfer download link. Download and save your copy while the link is available. You can keep the downloaded audio for your personal use.

The package also includes a 20-minute check-in call after two weeks, one adjustment to the original recording if needed, and an optional 20-minute final follow-up call after the listening period. Both calls take place in the same online clinic room. A further recording is not included unless separately agreed.

2. The Nature of the Service

Hypnotherapy and sound recordings are complementary approaches for wellbeing and personal development. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological or psychiatric treatment. Kit does not diagnose conditions, prescribe medication or provide emergency or crisis care. Do not stop prescribed treatment on the basis of a session or recording.

Individual experiences vary. No particular result is guaranteed. A client's testimonial describes that person's experience and does not promise the same outcome for you.

Services are for adults aged 18 or over. Please provide accurate suitability information and contact Kit before proceeding if you are unsure whether the service is appropriate for you. The safety guidance in the Terms and Conditions applies to the consultation and use of your recording.

3. Your Calls and Recording

Use a private, safe and uninterrupted setting for your online calls. Do not attend under the influence of recreational drugs. Listen to the recording only in a safe setting where reduced awareness will not put you or anyone else at risk. Do not listen while driving or operating machinery.

The recording is licensed for your own personal use. You may download and save it on your own devices, but may not distribute, sell or share it with others.

You remain responsible for your own choices. These responsibilities do not remove Kit Ross Limited's duty to provide the agreed service with reasonable care and skill or waive any of your statutory rights.

4. Privacy and Consent

Kit does not record consultation calls. She makes written notes and disposes of them after creating your personalised audio. The audio is created separately and is not a recording of the consultation.

The Privacy Policy explains the use of your information, the services involved and retention criteria. Agreeing to this Client Agreement does not itself give consent to marketing or optional cookies, and is not a substitute for any separate explicit consent required to use health information. Please avoid sending detailed health information through the general website contact form.

5. Cancellations, Adjustments and Consumer Rights

Give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment without charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice and missed appointments are normally non-refundable, subject to fair and proportionate charges and your statutory rights. The Refund Policy explains the full terms, including statutory cancellation rights for online purchases and separate requirements for early services and digital delivery.

Accepting this agreement does not automatically request an early start, waive a statutory cancellation right or remove remedies for a faulty or unprovided service or recording.
