This policy applies to all products and services offered through this website, including one-to-one consultations, hypnotherapy sessions (in-person, phone, or online), and downloadable hypnotherapy audio products.
2. Consultations & One-to-One Hypnotherapy Sessions
2.1 Cancellations by the Client
More than 48 hours' notice: A full refund will be issued, or the session may be rescheduled at no additional charge.
24–48 hours' notice: A 50% refund will be issued. Alternatively, the session may be rescheduled once, subject to availability, with no refund of the remaining balance.
Less than 24 hours' notice or no-show: No refund will be issued. The full session fee is forfeited.
2.2 Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule a session free of charge provided at least 48 hours' notice is given. Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a rescheduling fee at the practitioner's discretion.
2.3 Cancellations by Thetasync
In the unlikely event that Thetasync must cancel a scheduled session, clients will receive a full refund of any session fee paid, or the option to reschedule at no additional cost. Thetasync accepts no further liability arising from such cancellations beyond the full refund of fees paid.
2.4 Completed Sessions
No refunds will be issued for sessions that have been completed, regardless of the outcome. Hypnotherapy and coaching results vary between individuals, and no specific outcome or result is guaranteed.
2.5 Packages & Bundles
Where a client has purchased a package of multiple sessions, unused sessions may be refunded on a pro-rata basis, less any discount applied to the original package price and less an administration fee, provided a written refund request is submitted within 30 days of the original purchase. No refunds will be issued for packages where more than half of the sessions have been completed.
3. Downloadable Hypnotherapy Audio Products
3.1 Digital Products — No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of downloadable audio files are final and non-refundable once the file has been accessed, downloaded, or sent to you. This is in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation governing digital content.
By completing your purchase of a digital product, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal upon download or access.
3.2 Faulty or Corrupted Files
If a downloadable audio file is found to be faulty, corrupted, or significantly not as described, you are entitled to a replacement file or a full refund. Please contact us within 7 days of purchase at [your email address] with details of the fault and proof of purchase.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
Thetasync will consider refund requests made outside of the above terms on a case-by-case basis where exceptional circumstances exist (e.g., serious illness, bereavement). Such requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the scheduled service or purchase date, accompanied by supporting documentation where applicable. Approval of exceptional-circumstance refund requests is at the sole discretion of Thetasync and does not constitute a precedent or waiver of this policy.

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval and returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Thetasync is not responsible for any delays caused by your bank or payment provider.
