Kit Ross is a certified hypnotherapist, sound frequency practitioner, and ThetaSync Self-Hypnosis™ creator, operating from Ireland. We offer the following services and products through this website: bespoke 1:1 ThetaSync Self-Hypnosis™ consultation sessions; personalised recorded audio programmes; digital downloads; live talks and events; and educational content including written, audio, and video material.

2. ELIGIBILITY

By using this website and purchasing our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Our services are not intended for minors. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.

The services, content, and products offered by Kit Ross and ThetaSync are for educational, wellness, and personal development purposes only. They do not constitute, and must not be relied upon as, medical advice, psychological therapy, psychiatric treatment, or any form of regulated healthcare.

ThetaSync Self-Hypnosis™ sessions and audio programmes are complementary wellness tools. They are not a substitute for professional medical or mental health treatment. Do not discontinue any prescribed medication or treatment without first consulting your doctor. Results vary between individuals. We make no guarantees of specific outcomes.

4. HYPNOTHERAPY AND AUDIO DISCLAIMER

Our hypnotherapy sessions and bespoke audio recordings are designed for use by adults in a safe, quiet environment. Do not listen to ThetaSync audio programmes while driving, operating machinery, or in any situation where reduced awareness could cause harm. Do not use our audio programmes if you suffer from epilepsy, psychosis, or have been advised by a medical professional to avoid hypnotherapy, without first obtaining medical clearance.

By purchasing and using our audio programmes, you confirm that you have read and understood this disclaimer and take full responsibility for your own safe use of the material.

5. PURCHASING AND PAYMENT

​

All prices are listed in the currency displayed on the website and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider. We do not store your payment card details. Your order is confirmed upon receipt of cleared payment. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be provided.

6. DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND DOWNLOADS

​

Your ThetaSync audio programme is a bespoke, personalised digital product created specifically for you following your 1:1 consultation. Due to the bespoke nature of this service, once your personalised audio has been delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged. Please ensure you are happy to proceed before booking your consultation.

7. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

​

Consultation sessions: You may cancel or reschedule your booked consultation session with a minimum of 48 hours' notice without charge. Cancellations within 48 hours of the session will be charged in full. No-shows will be charged in full.

​

Digital products: Due to the bespoke, personalised nature of ThetaSync audio programmes, refunds cannot be offered once the audio has been delivered to you. If you experience a technical issue with delivery of your audio, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve this promptly.

​

Events and live talks: Tickets for events are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or significantly changed by us, in which case a full refund will be offered.

​

Consumer rights: Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website — including but not limited to the ThetaSync Self-Hypnosis™ method, brand name, audio programmes, text, video content, graphics, and course materials — is the intellectual property of Kit Ross and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any of our content without our prior written permission. Your purchase of an audio programme grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to listen to the recording for your own personal use only. You may not share, copy, sell, or redistribute the audio to any third party.
